Tomato seeds

Home-grown tomatoes taste completely different from store-bought ones. In this category, you will find dwarf varieties for pots and balconies, as well as tall varieties for growing outdoors and in tunnels.

Tiny Tim is a miniature cherry tomato that can grow even in a small pot on a windowsill. Betalux BIO is a dwarf variety grown from organic seeds. Pink Brandywine produces large, pink, meaty fruits with an exceptional flavor, while Pokusa is a tall outdoor variety.

How to grow tomatoes from seed

Sowing — in March–April, in a warm place (20–25°C). After 2–3 weeks, prick out the seedlings into separate pots.

Planting — outdoors after the last frosts, usually in the second half of May. Tall varieties require staking and the removal of side shoots.

Watering — regularly, at the base of the plant. Irregular watering causes the fruit to crack.

You can find peppers and other vegetables in the sweet pepper seeds and vegetable seeds categories.
