Refund policy

Returns and withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right does not apply to seeds (see § 8 of the Terms of Service). This does not affect your rights if the goods are defective or not as ordered.

How to request a return

Send your statement of withdrawal to contact@mrseed.eu, stating your order number and the products you are returning.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods back within 14 days of your request to:

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Refund

Within 14 days of receiving your statement, we will refund your payment using the same payment method, including the cost of delivery to you (up to the cheapest standard delivery offered in our shop). We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Complaints

If an item is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, report it to contact@mrseed.eu with photos. In that case we cover the costs.
