Great White Premium Mycorrhizae 113,4 g by Plant Success is a water-soluble powder containing a rich blend of root-zone microorganisms: 16 species of mycorrhizal fungi, several species of beneficial bacteria, and 2 species of fungi from the genus Trichoderma.

The microorganisms colonize the roots and the growing medium around them, creating a network that increases the absorptive surface area of the root system. As a result, the plant takes up water and nutrients more efficiently, and fertilizers are used more effectively. The product is best applied as early as possible: during sowing, rooting cuttings, and transplanting. The 113,4 g (4 oz) package, at a rate of 5 g per 10 L of water, is enough to make more than 200 L of solution.

Great White combines two types of mycorrhizae. Endomycorrhizae penetrate root cells and work with most vegetables, flowers, shrubs, and fruit trees. Ectomycorrhizae develop in the growing medium around the roots and are typical of conifers and oaks. Combining both groups expands the range of plants with which the product can work.

Application

The product is intended for all stages of cultivation and every growing medium – soil, coco, and hydroponics – in home, garden, and greenhouse cultivation. Use it when sowing, rooting cuttings, planting seedlings, and on plants that are already growing. Exceptions include brassicas and ericaceous plants (e.g. blueberry), as well as orchids, which do not form this type of mycorrhizae – for these plants, the effect is limited.

Directions for use

  • Seeds: lightly dust with the powder before sowing.
  • Cuttings: dip the end in rooting hormone, then lightly coat it with the powder; you can also soak the growing medium with a solution of 5 g (1 teaspoon) per 10 L of water.
  • Transplanting: dust the planting hole and place the root ball directly on the powder.
  • Soil and coco (watering): 5 g (1 teaspoon) per 10 L of water.
  • Hydroponics: 5 g per 40 L of nutrient solution with regular fertilization; sediment at the bottom of the reservoir is the carrier and is normal.
  • Plants that are already planted: make small holes in the growing medium reaching the roots and pour 5 g of the product into each hole.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest, avoid inhaling the dust and contact with the eyes, and wash your hands after use. Store in the tightly closed original packaging, in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
