Plagron Alga Grow 100 ml – organic seaweed fertilizer for the growth phase
Alga Grow by Plagron is a highly concentrated liquid base fertilizer made from seaweed, intended for use during the growth phase. It belongs to the 100% NATURAL line, is suitable for all soil mixes and, according to the manufacturer, may be used in organic cultivation.
Seaweed supports healthy growth and the development of a strong root system, preparing plants for a smooth transition to the flowering phase. The fertilizer supplies organic nitrogen, which is responsible for cell division and elongation, as well as the formation of chlorophyll, proteins and enzymes.
The 100 ml bottle allows you to prepare up to 25 liters of solution at the maximum dosage of 4 ml per liter of water.

Composition and NPK analysis
NPK 4-2-4 fertilizer with micronutrients, based on seaweed extracts, amino acids, proteins and organic nitrogen. Nutrient content according to the manufacturer's technical data sheet (% w/w):
- total nitrogen (N): 4.2% – including organic 1.0%, nitrate 1.8%, ammonium 1.4%
- water-soluble phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5): 2.4%
- water-soluble potassium oxide (K2O): 4.3%
- micronutrients: boron 0.010%, copper 0.002%, iron 0.020%, manganese 0.014%, molybdenum 0.0005%, zinc 0.006%
- organic carbon 3.5%, dry matter 24%, pH 4.4, density 1.15 g/ml
Application
Alga Grow is used to fertilize potted, garden and greenhouse plants grown in soil during the growth period – from green houseplants and tropical plants to vegetables and herbs. It is not intended for hydroponics. It is recommended to combine it with the other products in the 100% NATURAL line, including Plagron Allmix, Batmix, Royalmix and Promix substrates, as well as UNIVERSAL additives such as Power Roots and Pure Zym. During the flowering phase, it is replaced by Alga Bloom.
Directions for use
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Add a maximum of 4 ml of fertilizer per 1 liter of water (1:250).
- Apply the solution with every watering during the growth phase.
- Use the diluted fertilizer within 24 hours.
The 100% NATURAL feeding schedule calls for 20 ml per 10 liters of water in the first week and 40 ml in the second; for a longer growth phase, repeat the second-week dosage. When using Lightmix, start fertilizing immediately, and when using Growmix, start from the second week. After use in an irrigation system, flush the lines. Cloudiness or an odor in the solution results from natural bacterial processes and does not harm plants.
Safety and storage
Transport upright and store in a dark place at a temperature of 0–35°C; protect from frost and direct sunlight. The unopened product remains suitable for use for 4 years from the production date. The product may cause eye and skin irritation – avoid contact, and in case of contact, rinse the eyes or skin with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children and animals; do not ingest.
