Dosage and use
When: the application season runs from March to the end of September. Apply the basic dose in spring before sowing or planting, then apply additional doses every 4–6 weeks during the growing season for vegetables with a longer growing period (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, leeks).
Rate: the exact rate is stated on the bag label. An indicative rate for organic granules is approx. 50–100 g/m² (less for lettuce, spinach, and radishes; more for brassicas, cucurbits, and tomatoes) or 20–30 g per potted plant.
Application: before sowing, spread the granules evenly over the bed and mix them into the top 5–10 cm of soil. For additional applications, spread them around the plants and lightly rake them in, without covering the stems or leaves. When planting seedlings, add a portion to the planting hole.
Watering: water thoroughly after fertilizing—the granules only begin to work in moist soil. Maintain even moisture; mulching the beds with grass clippings or straw speeds up fertilizer decomposition and reduces evaporation.
