BioCanna Bio Vega is a complete liquid organic fertiliser for the growth phase, intended for fast-growing plants cultivated in soil – in pots and in the ground. It is part of the BioCanna line, whose fertilisers are entirely plant-based and contain no animal-derived ingredients.

The fertiliser is produced through the fermentation of plants. It is rich in easily assimilated betaine nitrogen, which is released according to the plant’s needs. The biologically active substances it contains stimulate root development and support the formation of strong shoots, allowing plants to enter the flowering stage at the optimal time.

Unlike mineral fertilisers, BioCanna’s natural ingredients help maintain the biological balance of the microflora in the growing medium. According to the manufacturer, the fertiliser is certified for use in organic farming.

Application

Bio Vega is used during the growth period for plants that intensively develop leaves and shoots – from houseplants and tropical plants to vegetables and herbs – cultivated in fertile soil, in pots or in the ground, at home, in a greenhouse and in the garden. The fertiliser is intended exclusively for cultivation in soil and is not suitable for automatic drip irrigation systems. When plants begin to flower, replace it with Bio Flores. Both fertilisers can be supplemented with Bio Rhizotonic and Bio Boost stimulators from the same line.

Directions for use

  1. Shake the bottle vigorously before use.
  2. Fill the watering can or reservoir with water.
  3. Dilute approximately 20 ml of concentrate in 10 litres of water (1:500 ratio).
  4. Apply the solution one to three times a week, depending on the size of the plant and pot.
  5. Use the prepared solution within 24 hours.

The BioCanna schedule calls for 15–20 ml per 10 l of water during the first days after planting, 20–25 ml during the remainder of the growth phase and 25–30 ml during its final weeks. The diluted fertiliser does not need to be acidified. Do not use it in automatic drip irrigation systems – the fertiliser may clog the lines.

Safety and storage

Store the bottle tightly closed, in a dark place protected from frost and out of the reach of children. The concentrate is not intended for consumption, and it is advisable to wash your hands after handling it. The packaging is made of recyclable polyethylene.
